DARTFORD FOLK CLUB TURNS 52!! TUESDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2025 Ranagri Ranagri is an award winning folk band from Ireland and England. With a unique blend of instruments that includes voices, guitar, bouzouki, flutes, whistles, harp/electric harp, and bodhrán/drums, they create a sound that is both mesmerising and unforgettable. The band has established itself as a standout act, drawing in crowds from around the world with their captivating live performances and exceptional musicianship. They have performed at some of the most prestigious venues & festivals across the UK and Europe, including Cambridge Folk Festival, Bloom festival (Dublin), Montelago festival (Italy), Towersey Festival, The Union Chapel and Kings Place London along with regular tours of Scotland and Europe. Ranagri are Dónal Rogers, a prolific songwriter and producer, who has joined forces with the exceptional skills of renowned flautist Eliza Marshall, harpist Eleanor Dunsdon and percussionist Jordan Murray. Together, they establish a fresh and modern sonic landscape within the folk genre, captivating audiences both domestically and internationally, an energetic festival band yet equally at home with their more intimate writing and thought provoking lyrics. They are as happy to make you dance as they are to make you smile or shed a tear, passionately delving into current world topics, playing with politics and creating uplifting music to lyrics with great depth. | Founders of the Dartford Folk Club, Pam and Alan Colls ran the Club together for over 40 years, booking an amazing variety of artists within the Folk genre. Sadly both Pam and Alan have passed away but, at our 50th Birthday celebrations in October 2023, the team, guests and audience raised a glass to remember their friendship, achievements and amazing contributions to the music world. The Dartford Folk Club is now managed by a small team of original members in memory of and as a legacy to Pam & Alan's love for music.
